These prices Apply to the clearance of standard blockages and privately owned non-shared household drains by rodding, machining and jetting. If drains are shared with other households then we will always ensure that you have a full estimate of any extra time that may be required and the associated costs.
For peace of mind, prices for successfully clearing a normal blockage in a single (non-shared) domestic drain or waste pipes are fixed. In the unlikely event that it cannot be cleared using conventional methods, then we will be able to provide a quotation for an additional charge to use specialist CCTV survey equipment designed to further investigate the problem and arrive at the most cost-effective solution.
Commercial Prices
For drain blockage clearance on commercial or industrial premises, prices are charged on an hourly basis. Usually, the actual price will be quoted before work starts and we will only proceed if you accept our quotation. Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.

Full Domestic De-Scales
For any size domestic property, irrespective of the number of inspection manholes. This programme involves de-scaling all underground drainage to remove fat, grease and scale build up. Once this process is complete all manholes will be sanitised, leaving a clean fresh smell.

Patch lining
Cost-effective repairs on damaged and broken sections of underground pipe with a diameter of 100mm or 150mm.
